How we rank, exactly
A price comparison site is only useful if you can trust the order of the table. Here is every rule we follow, in plain language.
Rankings are set by price per dose. Nothing else.
For each medication we pick one common pack size and weight band (the "anchor"), shown at the top of every table, and compare the identical product at every pharmacy. We divide each pharmacy's price by the number of doses in the pack and sort by that number, cheapest first. Ties are listed alphabetically. Pharmacies with unverified prices are listed alphabetically below priced ones, marked "Check site".
Affiliate status never affects the order. Not the ranking, not the highlighting, not which pharmacies appear. As proof: we include Costco Pharmacy, which has no affiliate program and pays us nothing, because it is often genuinely cheap for members.
Accredited pharmacies only
We only compare US pharmacies operating under recognized accreditation programs such as NABP's .pharmacy verification or LegitScript certification. Grey-market import sites (the ones shipping unapproved packaging from overseas) are deliberately excluded, even though several of them offer high affiliate commissions. Cheap medication with an unknown supply chain is not a deal.
Every price is checked by a human and dated
Prices on this site are collected manually or verified manually before publishing, and every table shows when its prices were last checked. We never estimate, average, or invent a price. If we have not verified one, the table says "Check site" and links you to the pharmacy so you can see for yourself.
Prices change constantly, and promotions (first-order coupons, autoship discounts) move the effective price further. Treat our numbers as a verified snapshot, and always confirm the final price at checkout.
How we make money
Some outbound links may become affiliate links as partnerships are approved, meaning a pharmacy may pay us a commission or new-customer fee when you buy after clicking. It costs you nothing extra and never changes the order of any table. All outbound retailer links are marked as sponsored links to search engines. Full details are in our affiliate disclosure.
